We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable laws and federal standards. We use both internal and external resources to review our security procedures. Your sensitive information, such as credit card information, is encrypted when it is transmitted to us. Our employees are trained and required to safeguard your information.

  • We do not share your personal information with anyone outside of RushTax for their promotional or marketing use without your consent.

    • Data Storage

    For the filing cabinet portion of our application, RushTax uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run our services. Although RushTax owns the code, databases, and all rights to the RushTax applications, you retain all rights to your data.
